  1. Warm glass the meat ball and soup.
  2. Add chicken meat ball to warm glass.
  3. Pour in the ounce of gin.
  4. Add in the chicken consomme.
  5. Sprinkle a little salt on top.

Elsan is rico light cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin london to lima and 50ml meat ball chicken with 160ml consomme chicken and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass the meat ball and soup then add chicken meat ball to warm glass and pour in the ounce of gin. Add in the chicken consomme and sprinkle a little salt on top and served in a coffee glass warm.
