  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Gently stir well.
  4. Strain into cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish with grapfruit peel.

Elmos is scrummy strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin pink spirit of the rock and 45ml grapefruit juice with 10ml pomegranate syrup monin as well as 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and gently stir well. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with grapfruit peel and served in a martini glass cold.
