Cachaca Ypica - Ypica Ypioca crystal cachaca is distilled from first press sugar cane juice this clear medium bodied cachaa is aged at least one year in barrels of Brazilian Walnut wood.

Peach Liqueur - Peach liqueur with peach flavour also called Creme de Peche.

Lime Soda - Lime flavoured soda water that comes in many green colors.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Ellissa is exquisite strong cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cachaca ypica and 15ml peach liqueur with 45ml lime soda as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just pack ice into shot glass then add shot of local white rum and pour in peach liqueur. Top with lime soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
