Elks Own is pleasurable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml whisky iron house and 30ml port with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg white including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake and add ice to shaker. Shake well until foaming and strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
