Method - Poured - Cold

Pour in icecubes into glass.
Splash in peach bitters.
Pour in one shot of coconut rum.
Add lime juice.
Top glass with lime soda.

Eliza is savoureux full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum coconut golden and 10ml lime juice with 10ml bitters peach as well as 50ml lime soda including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pour in icecubes into glass then splash in peach bitters and pour in one shot of coconut rum. Add lime juice and top glass with lime soda and served in a highball glass cold.
