Elephant Gun Cocktail

Pineapple Juice

Lemon Juice

Sugar Syrup

20% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Prong strain into glass.
Fortifying

Whisky Vat 69 - Vat 69 Whisky is a blended Whisky produced by William Sanderson and has upfront malty heather sweetness and a lovely peat smoke savoury finish.

Pineapple Juice - Pineapple juice is a sweet acidic liquid bright yellow in color and is made by crushing and pulping pineapple flesh and straining into juice.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Elephant Gun is fortifying quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml whisky vat 69 and 20ml pineapple juice with 15ml lemon juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just place ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Prong strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
