Electric Shark is lovely full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml rum beenleigh 5year and 10ml curacao blue kavlana with 30ml pineapple juice as well as 30ml ginger beer including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just in a tumbler glass add ice cubes then pour i nthe rum and add the ginger beer. Flaot i nthe pineapple juice and sprinkle the blue curacao on top and served in a highball glass cold.
