Method
  1. Heat glass.
  2. Heat milk and cream.
  3. WARNING Do not boil.
  4. Add brandy and gold rum to belender.
  5. Add egg and sugar to belender.
  6. Blend until smooth.
  7. Then add hot milk.
  8. Blend well until smooth.
  9. Pour into warm glass garnish with nutmeg.

Egg Nog Hot is smaakvolle medium cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Blended with 15ml brandy lark and 15ml rum gold amber bacardi with 10ml sugar as well as 30ml egg including 40ml milk hot also 40ml cream hot and good to have with brunch. Just heat glass then heat milk and cream and warning do not boil. Add brandy and gold rum to belender and add egg and sugar to belender and blend until smooth then then add hot milk and blend well until smooth and pour into warm glass garnish with nutmeg and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
