Method - Shaken - Cold

Add all ingredients to shaker.
Vigorously shake.
Add half the ice to shaker.
Shake well again.
Pour everything into glass.
Fill glass with ice.

Egg - Whole egg with white and yoke used in cocktail making and is around 60g.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Egg Milk Punch is luscious full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml brandy eau de vie ordinaire and 15ml rum quiet cannon with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 30ml milk including 30ml egg also 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add all ingredients to shaker then vigorously shake and add half the ice to shaker. Shake well again and pour everything into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
