Ecumenical is sapidum full bodied cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Built with 30ml raki hunkar and 30ml water holy with 90ml wine red and works well with savoury style foods. Just place shot of raki into glass then add shot of holy water into glass and pour in roomed red wine and served in a wine glass at room temperature.
