Ecuacooler is delicioso standard cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml espiritu del ecuador and 10ml lemon juice with 50ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just pack ice into glass then add shot of espiritu del ecuador and add lemon juice. Top with soda water and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
