Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir well until mixed.
Hawthorne strain into glass.

Gin Threefold - Threefold gin with lemon peel juniper and coriander seed providing a backbone bay leaf basil thyme and rosemary are vapour distilled to produce a wonderful favoury aroma of herbs.

Stirred with 45ml gin threefold and 15ml lychee juice with 15ml pineapple juice as well as 15ml passion fruit juice including 100ml ice and had with salad dishes. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
