Echidna is fortifying heavy cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml ouzo eros and 15ml ouzo sertiko with 15ml ouzo arak haddad as well as 15ml ouzo jivaeri including 20ml lemon and good with afternoon tea. Just place all the ingredients into shaker then shake ingredients together until mixed and pour all into glass and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
