Ecbatana is succulent watery cocktail with no alcohol. Stirred with 60ml rosewater and 60ml tea with 10ml fig syrup as well as 120ml water hot and good with afternoon tea. Just warm glass and brew tea then add rosewater into glass and pour in the tea. Add the hot water and stir in the fig syrup and served in a coffee glass warm.
