  1. Add grapefruit juice into glass.
  2. Add in one whole egg.
  3. Pour in the vodka.
  4. Add in the apple juice.
  5. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.

Eastern Shoremans Breakfast is delightful above average cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Layered with 60ml vodka and 30ml grapefruit juice with 60ml egg as well as 30ml apple juice and served with or for breakfast. Just add grapefruit juice into glass then add in one whole egg and pour in the vodka. Add in the apple juice and sprinkle cinnamon on top and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
