Eastern Manhattan is glorious full strength cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml whisky lark single malt and 20ml vermouth sweet with 10ml licorice liqueur ricard as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Strain into glass and garnish with a cherry and serve and served in a martini glass cold.
