Method
  1. Warm glass and stock.
  2. Drop small mushroom into glass.
  3. Add port to glass.
  4. Stir in hot beef stock.
  5. Sprinkle black truffle oil on top.
  6. Serve with cocktail bread for dipping.

Earth Link is lovely light cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml port wine cockburns and 15ml mushroom marinated with 90ml stock beef and best with lunch. Just warm glass and stock then drop small mushroom into glass and add port to glass. Stir in hot beef stock and sprinkle black truffle oil on top and serve with cocktail bread for dipping and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
