Add ice to glass.
Pour in gin.
Add dubonnet.

Gin Gordons - Gordons Gin is a dry gin with refreshing taste comes from the finest handpicked juniper berries and a selection of other botanicals.

Dubonnet Rouge - Dubonnet is a sweet aromatised wine based aperitif with 15 percent alcohol by volume. It is a blend of fortified wine herbs and spices with fermentation being stopped by the addition of alcohol.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon - Lemon Citrus limon Osbeck is a species of small evergreen tree in the flowering plant family Rutaceae native to Asia. The tree ellipsoidal yellow fruit is used for culinary and non culinary purposes throughout the world

E2R is bracing quite strong cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Built with 15ml gin gordons and 30ml dubonnet rouge with 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to glass then pour in gin and add dubonnet and garnish with lemon and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
