Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Gently stir.
Pour into glass over ice.

Whisky Rye Balcones - Balcones rye whisky is made from 100 percent rye mashbill began with elbon rye from northwest texas and distilled our rye in our copper pot stills.

Bitters Rhubarb - An aromatic preparation of water alcohol natural and organic herbs spices and fruits. Refreshing strong flavor that is fruit forward yet retains the natural tart and bitterness of just picked rhubarb.

Ginger Syrup - Ginger flavor syrup made with ginger root and sugar all cooked togething until thick.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Dusty Trails is delightful quite strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky rye balcones and 10ml bitters rhubarb with 5ml ginger syrup as well as 5ml honey including 10ml lime juice also 30ml soda water together with 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and gently stir. Pour into glass over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
