Dundrum is reviving above average cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whiskey irish and 30ml blackberry liqueur with 30ml blackberry cider as well as 50ml ice including 50ml blackberry and good with afternoon tea. Just half fill glass with blackberries then place ice cubes into glass and add shot of whiskey. Pour in good splash of soda water and sprinkle black berry liqueur on top and serve with cocktail fork and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
