Fill glass with ice.
Pour in shot of whisky.
Top glass with apple cider.
Splash a little bitters on top.

Dundee is tlachdmhor strong cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch dundee and 60ml apple cider with 10ml bitters as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in shot of whisky and top glass with apple cider and splash a little bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
