Method
  1. Warm glass and consomme soup.
  2. Add both liqueurs into glass.
  3. Pour in the duck consomme.
  4. Drop knob of butter into glass.
  5. Cut bread thick and cover glass top.

Built with 15ml allspice dram liqueur wray and 15ml orange liqueur cointreau with 120ml consomme duck and served as or alongside soup dishes. Just warm glass and consomme soup then add both liqueurs into glass and pour in the duck consomme. Drop knob of butter into glass and cut bread thick and cover glass top and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
