Dubliner Frappe is pleasant tasting very strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 60ml whiskey liqueur dubliner irish and 60ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just using a chilled glass then top glass with shaved ice and pour dubliner irish whiskey liqueur over ice and served in a saucer glass cold.
