Method - Stirred - Cold

Add ice to stir cup.
Add all ingredients.
Stir well.
Strain into glass.
Finish with peel twist.

Benedictine DOM - DOM Benedictine is a herb liqueur with honey and citrus.

Dry Bobby Burns is tasty very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml whisky scotch glen grant and 30ml vermouth dry with 20ml vermouth sweet as well as 10ml benedictine dom including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to stir cup then add all ingredients and stir well. Strain into glass and finish with peel twist and served in a martini glass cold.
