Drop Bear is luscious quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml gin dry four pillars and 10ml elderflower liqueur with 20ml eucalyptus syrup as well as 20ml lemon juice including 10ml egg white also 10ml bitters orange abc together with 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and garnsih with lemon peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
