Method - Poured - Cold

In a collins glass add the ice cubes.
Pour in the whisky.
Top glass with milk.
Good with a baklava.

Arak Al Rayan - Al Rayan arak is prepared according to the traditions of choice Araks and is distilled using the finest grapes and flavored with natural aniseeds.

Camel Milk - Milk Camel is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of camels. It is the primary source of nutrition for infant camels.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Pastry Baklava - Baklava Pastry is a rich sweet dessert pastry made of layers of filo filled with chopped nuts and sweetened and held together with syrup or honey.

Dream Horse is moreish full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml arak al rayan and 70ml camel milk with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just in a collins glass add the ice cubes then pour in the whisky and top glass with milk and good with a baklava and served in a highball glass cold.
