DotBot is piatti gustosi quite strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin sloe brookies and 30ml gin spiced four pillars with 20ml vermouth dry boissiere as well as 20ml finger lime juice including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir well. Strain into glass and garnish with a little finger lime pulp and served in a martini glass cold.
