Dot is yum yum robust cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml gin dry windspiel and 30ml sherry dry golden oak with 20ml curacao hiram walker as well as 10ml apricot syrup including 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
