Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Slowly stir well until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Splash a little bitters on top.

Gin Stonebarn - Stonebarn Gin is characterised by subtle spice poached pears over a prominent earthy truffle backbone.

Pomelo Juice - Pomelo Juice also called pomello juice or pummelo juice and pommelo juice or pumelo juice.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Bitters Suze Aromatic - Suze Aromatic bitters in dark in color and made with gentian and cinnamon spices and cardamom seads.

Doom Loop is zalievanie ust quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml gin stonebarn and 30ml pomelo juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and slowly stir well until mixed. Fine strain into glass and splash a little bitters on top and served in a saucer glass cold.
