Don Gorgon is drinkable full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml cachaca thomaz de aquino and 10ml bitters with 10ml sugar syrup as well as 10ml lemon juice including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and mix well. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with cinnamon and served in a highball glass cold.
