  1. Add half the ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Pour all into glass.

Do Not Mind If I Do is moreish robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml gin and 15ml elderflower liqueur giffard with 10ml lime juice as well as 10ml sugar syrup including 10ml bitters celery also 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and quick shake to mix. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
