Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice itno glass.
Add lemon liqueur into glass.
Pour in the white wine.
Stir in the soda water.

Lemon Liqueur Threefold - Threefold Lemon Liqueur is a Lemoncello made with local lemons and distilled with our home made gin.

Lemon Liqueur Threefold

Wine White - White wine is produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the non coloured grapes which may have a skin of any colour.

Soda Water - Carbonated water also called sparkling water or club soda or seltzer is water into which carbon dioxide gas under pressure has been dissolved.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Dirty Haul Beach is energizing standard cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml lemon liqueur threefold and 70ml wine white with 70ml soda water as well as 130ml ice and best with buffet style food. Just place ice itno glass then add lemon liqueur into glass and pour in the white wine. Stir in the soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
