Method - Stirred - Cold

Fill glass with ice to chill.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
Pour into glass over ice.

Diospyros Kaki is saboroso average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka and 10ml persimmon syrup with 10ml persimmon pulp as well as 10ml persimmon juice including 40ml soda water also 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just fill glass with ice to chill then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
