Method
  1. Add half the ice to mixing glass.
  2. Add ingredients to mixing glass.
  3. Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
  4. Pour everything into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Desert Shield is stimulating full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka axelvar and 30ml cranberry liqueur berentzen with 40ml cranberry juice as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add half the ice to mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
