Death in the Afternoon is heavenly quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 15ml absinthe red jacques senaux and 85ml sparkling wine white and good with afternoon tea. Just add absinth to glass then top with sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
