Method
  1. Add ice to cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ingredients into shaker over ice.
  3. Quick shake to mix.
  4. Julep strain into glass.

Deans is lovely very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 40ml gin damrak and 15ml almond liqueur dekuyper with 15ml lime juice as well as 10ml bitters orange including 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to cocktail shaker then add ingredients into shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Julep strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
