Put ice into blender.
Add all ingredients into blender.
Blend until smooth.
Pour all into hurricane glass.

Licorice Liqueur Eclisse

Absinthe - Absinthe is an wormwood and anise flavored spirit derived from botanicals including the flowers and leaves of Artemisia absinthium together with green anise sweet fennel and other medicinal and culinary herbs and has a alcohol level between 45 to 75 percent.

Licorice Root - Liquorice or licorice is the root of glycyrrhiza glabra from which a sweet flavour can be extracted. It is not botanically related to anise star anise or fennel which are sources of similar flavouring compounds.

Rosemary Syrup - Rosemary syrup made by cooking sprigs of rosemary with water and sugar until thick and sticky with a strong rosemary flavour.

Milk - Milk is a white liquid produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is the primary source of nutrition for infant mammals before they are able to digest other types of foods.

Dark Wall is gorgeous medium cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Blended with 60ml licorice liqueur eclisse and 15ml absinthe with 30ml licorice root as well as 30ml rosemary syrup including 105ml milk and best with morning tea snacks. Just put ice into blender then add all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Pour all into hurricane glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
