Dark Emu is delectable full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml riberry liqueur applewood and 15ml rum double barrel beenleigh with 45ml lemon soda as well as 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just pour ice into glass then add riberry liqueur and pour rum into glas. Top with lemon soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
