Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into glass.
Pour in eum.
Add lime juice and syrup.
Pour in ginger beer.
Splash bitters on top.
Garnish with lime wheel.

Built with 60ml rum black goslings and 30ml lime juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 5ml bitters angostura including 50ml ginger beer also 130ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into glass then pour in eum and add lime juice and syrup. Pour in ginger beer and splash bitters on top and garnish with lime wheel and served in a highball glass cold.
