Method - Shaken - Cold

Place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Quick shake to mix.
Pour everything into glass.
Top glass with ice.

Danish Collins Classic is moreish very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whiskey organic spirits aps and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place some ice cubes into cocktail shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake to mix. Pour everything into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
