Dandy Tea is flavoursome standard cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum dark isautier and 15ml sherry topaz with 15ml allspice syrup as well as 90ml tea dandelion and best with morning tea snacks. Just warm serving glass then brew dandelion tea and add rum and sherry to glass. Pour in dandelion tea and stir in the allspice syrup and served in a old fashioned glass warm.
