Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake the hell out of it.
Pour all into glass.
Fill glass with ice.
Garnish with lime.
Delectable

Arak Ksarak - Ksarak Arak is a clean and crisp arak produced from selected grapes the triple distilled with the finest aniseeds then matured for two years in clay jars.

Lime Juice - A lime is a hybrid fruit which is typically round lime green 36 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles that are are broken.

Attar Syrup - Attar syrup or Qattar syrup is a type of sweet syrup primarily made with sugar and water and is reduced slightly until golden in color and a lot thicker.

Honey - Bees produce honey from the sugary secretions of plants or other insects through regurgitation enzymatic activity and water evaporation. Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lime - A lime is a hybrid citrus fruit which is typically round lime green 3 to 6 centimetres in diameter and contains acidic juice vesicles.

Daawa is delectable robust cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml arak ksarak and 15ml lime juice with 10ml attar syrup as well as 10ml honey including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add half the ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake the hell out of it. Pour all into glass and fill glass with ice and garnish with lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
