Method
  1. Add drambuie into bottom of glass.
  2. Drop a little marmalade into glass.
  3. Layer in the izarra.
  4. Sprinkle the juice on top.
  5. Add salt and chips on the side.

Salt Lemon Myrtle - Lemon Myrtle Salt is sodium chloride rubed with the backhousia citriodora to release the oils into the salt with bits to give a strong myrtle citrus scent.

DMIT is interagire quite strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Layered with 20ml whisky liqueur drambuie and 20ml jam marmalade with 20ml izarra yellow as well as 20ml tangelo juice and good with afternoon tea. Just add drambuie into bottom of glass then drop a little marmalade into glass and layer in the izarra. Sprinkle the juice on top and add salt and chips on the side and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
