Method
  1. Chill serving glass.
  2. Add scoop of sorbet into glass.
  3. Pour three liqueurs into glass.
  4. Add in a cocktail spoon.

Okolehao - Okolehao made by sailors from fermented roots of the ti plant in the 1780s. In 1790 an escaped convict brought distillation to Hawaii using the ti beverage to produce a highly alcoholic spirit which became Hawaiis only indigenous alcohol.

DDoS is tasteful full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Layered with 15ml dimmi liqueur and 15ml dragon fruit liqueur with 15ml okolehao as well as 60ml sorbet and good with afternoon tea. Just chill serving glass then add scoop of sorbet into glass and pour three liqueurs into glass and add in a cocktail spoon and served in a liqueur glass at room temperature.
