Built with 50ml rum ron millonario 15years and 10ml kumquat syrup with 30ml kumquat as well as 100ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just thin slice kumquat and add to glass then pour in the rum and kumquat syrup and muddle well. To glass with ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
