Method
  1. Warm shaker and heat cubes.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Emulsify by shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with candied orange zest.

Custard is zamatos full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vanilla liqueur and 30ml orange liqueur cream baileys with 30ml custard as well as 10ml cream and served with sweet dishes. Just warm shaker and heat cubes then add all ingredients to shaker and emulsify by shake well. Strain into glass and garnish with candied orange zest and served in a saucer glass warm.
