Bourbon Adirondack - Big untamed oak and raw grain dominate the nose with sweet caramel corn and a bit of BBQ smothered beneath. In the mouth it is aggressive and unbalanced again dominated by oak and a rough corn sweetness with cinnamon spice and a medicinal astringency in the background.

Crater Face is yum yum quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 60ml madeira and 15ml bourbon adirondack with 15ml banana liqueur tamborine mountain as well as 10ml grenadine including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into glass then pour ingredients over ice and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
