Covent Garden is refreshing quite strong cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin beefeater and 70ml apple liqueur somerset with 70ml sparkling wine white and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just pour the gin into glass then add the sparkling white wine and sprinkle the apple liqueur on top and served in a flute glass cold.
