Cosmopolitan Cooler is smaaklik standard cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml rum light white santa cruz and 15ml rum gold amber plantation with 15ml lime juice as well as 15ml sugar syrup including 55ml syphon seltzer also 100ml ice together with 60ml ice cream and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into glass then pour in the white rum and add juice and syrup. Stir in the soda water and add scoop of ice cream on top and sprinkle gold rum on top and served in a highball glass cold.
