Place ice into mixing glass.
Add ingredients to mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Fine strain into glass.
Garnish with cucumber.

Cortex is luscious robust cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml gin pink elsker and 30ml tamarillo juice with 10ml jam tamarillo as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Fine strain into glass and garnish with cucumber and served in a martini glass cold.
